If programming multiple extensions, you may find 9021-Station Copy (page 921) a handy time-saving tool. Options 2117-01: Caller ID Log Type (CID Log Type) Use this option to specify the type of Caller ID Logging at an extension (none, personal, or group). With per- sonal logging, an extension’s records are stored on their phone. With group logging, all extensions within the same Caller ID logging group share the same records. If the number of re\ cords is exceeded at the extension or in a group, new call records overwrite old call records (FIFO, or first-in, first-out).
