    ‘ You may complete the work sheets filling out the necessary 
    data. Now you are ready to enter parameters. You may 
    have the following System Administration Top Menu on 
    the data terminal screen. Selecting an item from the Top 
    Menu provides you with its sub-menu. As the menus have 
    a tree-structure, you will get a menu at the next level if you 
    select an item from this sub-menu. The menu title in the 
    upper left corner indicates where you are in the Menu tree. 
    For example, in the menu “Program - Voice Mail Param- 
    eter - System Group Assignment - Enter”, you can enter 
    the mailbox numbers to add in the System Group Assign- 
    ment List as a parameter of the Voice Mail Service. 
    The structure of the menus is as follows:
