Modifiable prompts are used in the Automated Attendant service and the main menu of the Voice Mail Service. s To modify prompts: 1 Dial an extension number which is connected to the Voice (Voice Mail Service’s Mail Service. Extension Number) You will hear the prompt: Good morning/Good evening You have reached the voice processing system. 2 (Message Manager’s mailbox number) Please enter the mailbox number of the person for whom you wish to leave a message, followed by a pound sign.
