Prior to barge-in, a supervisor must log into the agent’s group using the supervisor log-in code 576xXx. This feature is available with or without a warning tone. By default, the Supervisor Monitor with Barge-In feature is disabled.Executive Override is a system feature and, therefore, fakes precedence over this feature. Description This feature displays the standard idle LCD showing the programmed 7-digit name and station number together. This option is programmable on a per station basis, however, the feature must be enabled / disabled in admin programming. If a station has this feature enabled but has not programmed a name, the name portion of the LCD is blank. The idle display priority is UCD/ACD, Hunt, Station/Name, or Station. By default, the Name and Station number display on the LCD. Page B Introduction Programming Steps If the system is in the programming mode, continue using the program codes.
