5-52 I nco ming CO Cal l Trans fer Incoming CO Call Trans fer The Incoming CO Call Transfer feature provides station users the ability to trans fer a call tha t is curre ntly ringing at their station without a nswe ring it . Thi s f eat ur e o nly oper at e s whe n t he st at ion is i n an id le mode an d not available to Single Line Telephone users. While on an internal/external call and an incoming or transferred CO call is ringing at your statio n: 1. Place the current call on hold. 2 . Pr es s t he pr e- pro gram med IN C CO X SFR fle xi ble bu tt on, -or - Dial th e Incoming CO ca ll tran sfer cod e [ 639] on the dial pad. 3. Press a DSS, Gro up button or dial the three-digit station number or group number. Call is automatically transferred to that destination. The incoming transferred CO call receives Music-On-Hold during the transfer state. (Station user can return to call placed on hold.) Conditions †Cal ls may be for wa rde d t o a ny ava il abl e st at ion, AC D/UCD gr oup, Hunt Gr oup or VM Group. †De st ina ti on s tat i on mus t have an dir ect a ppe ar ance for th at CO Li ne or Loop b utton a nd not in D ND or an error ton e is presented to the originator and the call remains ringing at their station. †Attendant stations do not send ID digits. The called station can press the HOLD button to: 1. Place the current CO call on hold, -or - Place the current intercom call on hold. The intercom call is placed on hold on t he ava il abl e int er c om b utt on. 2. Pres s the flash ing IN TERCOM button to ans wer the incom ing intercom call, the following message displays on called station’sLCD: Sta XXX could also be a programmed station name. By defau lt, no INTERCOM buttons are assigned to any key stations. The system automatically selects the original line used to place the call and redial the number. †If that line is busy, the system automatically selects another line fromthesamegroupandredialthenumber. †If no lines are available in the same group, the station receives a busy tone and can queue for a line. †If t he st ati on u ser p re sel ec ts a li ne bef ore ac t i vat ing LNR , the preselection overrides the line which was used originally. Night Se rvice 5-61 Ni g h t S er v i ce The Night Service feature provides a means to put the system in night mode from a ny keyset or remove the sys tem from nigh t m ode from any key set a s long as the sy stem was put in night mode by th e N ight S ervice fea ture flex button. If the syste m wa s place d in night mod e b y the Attend ant using h er Night Se rv ice (D ND) button or if the s ystem was pl ac ed in nig ht mode by the a utoma ti c s ch edul e, t he Nigh t Ser vi c e fle x button can not remove the system from night mode.
