Check that the network cable between the sca nner and the wall network is connected and well seated in both ends. 2.) Try a network cable that is known to be OK. 3.) Check the cable between the SYSC ONPM(SYSCOMCM) and Rear Panel. 4.) Connect a Crossed network cable between the Scanner and your PC. Try to ping from the scanner to the IP address on the PC. If OK, the hardware connection inside the scanner is OK. 7-7-10-2 No Contact With Server, But Connection to Network is OK Check Network setup on the scanner.
