You must first retrieve Daily System Traffic Data, using PC2AUDIX. This rep ort inc lud es the same typ es of information as the Hourly Network Load Statistic s Rep ort exc ep t information is shown for an entire d ay instead of for a sp ec ific hour. To display the Daily Network Load Statistics Report: 1. At the View AUDIX Traffic Data menu, selec t 8) Daily Network Load Statistic s. The rep ort ap p ears with d ata for the latest date for whic h d aily system traffic d ata exists on the PC. 2. Choose from the following : nEnter a d ate and p ress (CHANGE/RUN) to d isp lay data for that date. nWith the c ursor at the d ate field : — Press (PREV REC) to display d ata for the d ate p rior to the displayed date. You must first retrieve Hourly System Traffic Data, using PC2AUDIX. This rep ort inc lud es the following typ es of information ab out the p ort-d ep end ent feature usag e on a voic e mail system for a sp ec ific hour on a sp ec ific d ate: nThe hig hest numb er of simultaneous outc alls and the numb er of outc alls attempted, completed, and rescheduled nThe numb er of c alls that were answered without a switc h-link “ c onnec t” messag e. You must first retrieve Daily System Traffic Data, using PC2AUDIX. This rep ort inc lud es the following typ es of information ab out message traffic d ata for remote systems c onnec ted via d ig ital networking , AMIS analog networking , or Messag e Delivery. nThe numb er of messag e transfer sessions b etween the loc al voic e mail system and the remote mac hine, the total and averag e times for these sessions, and the numb er of unsuc c essful c all attemp ts from the loc al voic e mail system to the remote system (or telep hone) nThe numb er of messag es that were sent b y the loc al voic e mail system to the remote system, the number of messages that were sc hed uled for d elivery from the loc al voic e mail system to the remote system b ut rejec ted as und eliverab le, and the numb er of messag es sent by the remote system to the loc al voic e mail system (or telephone)

OR — Press (CHANGE/RUN) to d isp lay d ata for the next remote system for the same d ate. nWith the c ursor at the Date field , enter a d ate (and op tionally a d ifferent remote system in the mac hine name field ); and then p ress (CHANGE/RUN) to d isp lay d ata ab out the remote system for that d ate. nWith the c ursor at the Date field : — Press (PREV REC) to d isp lay d ata for the remote system for the d ate p rior to the c urrently d isp layed d ate.
