Troubleshooting OPERATION GUIDE10-9 10 Paper jam.– If a paper jam occurs, the machine will stop and the location of the jam will be indicated on the touch panel. Leave the machine on and follow the instruction to remove the jammed paper. 10-15 Removable memory error. – This job is canceled. Precautions with Paper Jams • Do not reuse jammed papers. • If the paper tears during removal, be sure to remove any loose scraps of paper from inside the machine. Scraps of paper left in the machine could cause subsequent jamming. • Discard paper that has jammed in t he optional document finisher. A page affected by a paper jam will be printed again.
