    Station Identification

    1. Press the STATION ID flexible button ( FLASH  50, Page B, Bu tton  #1).
    2. Enter a valid number on the dial pad to identify type of  telephone:
    [1-5]=DS S Console (Ref er to “Stati on I D for D SS / DLS Console Wi th 
    Ma p” for  de ta il s.)

    [7]=S LT w ith Me ssa ge  Wa it (90 Vdc)

    3. Press HOLD to save the entry. A confirmation  tone is  heard  and the 
    display updates.
    Des crip ti on
    Each  system port must  be  programmed to identify the type  of station 
    that  operate on that port. Each  station type must be identified.  By 
    def ault, all Key Telephone Boards (DTIB) defa ult to ID 006 (24- Button 
    Digital Telephone), all  Single Line Boards  (SLIB)  default to ID  6.
