If enabled, the system outdials the # as part of the num- ber. If disabled, the system bypasses the # without outdialing it. ENABLE # IN SPDL?Y = Enable N = DisableN # Key to Enter Account CodesUse this option to enable (Y) an extension user to dial # to enter an Account Code while on an outside call. If disabled, the extension user can only enter an Account Code by pressing the Account Code soft key or a uniquely programmed Account Code Pro- grammable Function Key. • See Account Codes on page 34 for more.“#” KEY AC CODES?Y = Enable N = DisableN Account Code Toll LevelIf Program 0101: Forced Account Codes for Toll Calls Only (page 443) is enabled, use this option to differentiate toll calls from local calls for Account Code purposes. If you enter 0 for this option, toll calls are any calls the user dials that begin with 0 or 1. If you enter a toll level for this option (1-7), the system uses the toll level options pro- grammed in 0601 - Toll Restriction Options on page 489 for that level to determine if the call is local or toll. • If the toll level is set to deny the call, it is considered to be a long distance call and the system requires that the user must have entered an Account Code. • If the toll level permits the call, it is con- sidered to be a local call and no Account Code entry is required. • See Account Codes on page 34 for more.“#” KEY AC CODES?0-70 View Account CodesUse this option to show or hide the Account Codes a user enters on their telephone’s dis- play. If enabled (Y), the dialed Account Codes show on the display. This may be a security risk, since a co-worker can easily read the telephone display as the user enters their Account Code.
