The costs entered in the tab le s is a cos t for one minu te , how eve r, costs a re calcula te d us ing a 1/10th of a m inute value . T hes e cos ts are roundeddownandarebasedonthestarttimeofthecall,evenifthecall exten ds into a differe nt time pe riod. Vis ual and Audible status of ringing stations to an assigned coverage station are provided.Multiplecoveragestationscanhavethesameremoteringing station(s) programmed on their stations. Once a coverage station answ ers the call, other stations a ttem pting to answe r the ca ll rece iv es busy tone and the call coverage b utton e xtinguishe s on all app earance s of that b utton. This feature can cover SLT extensions, however an SLT cannot perform the c a ll c ove ra ge func t ion. The S LT ext ens ion nee d n ot be phys ic al ly installed, only the SLT card must be installed. Direct CO calls have ring and LCD priority over call coverage calls. The call cover ag e s ta ti on mu st hav e a di re ct CO ap pea ran ce or Loo p but t on i n order to pick up an external call. If the call coverage station is in DND, no audible ringin g is he ard, howev er visua l a nd L CD info rma tion is pr ese nt ed. This feature can be programmed by the statio n user or through admin progra mming. By default, no ca ll covera ge buttons are ass ign ed.

E ach C O line has a Pres et Forward Timer. Each CO line also has a VMID field to allow specific VM di gits to be sen t when a C O li ne forw ard s to a VM group. Fe ature ap pl ie s to initial CO ringing lines only. If a fo rwa rd de st ina ti o n i s p ro gr am med in the C O li ne fie ld , t he CO c al l forwards to that destination after the CO Preset Forward timer expires. Call Forward - Busy Call Forward Busy allows a station the ability to have their calls forwarded to a d esi gna te d s tat i o n, a n A CD o r UCD gr o u p p il o t nu mbe r, Vo i c e Ma il gro up numb er, or H unt group whe n their station is bus y. Call Forward - Busy /No Ans wer Call Forward Busy/No Answer allows a station the ability to forward a combi nat ion busy /no ans wer cal ls t o a des ign at ed st ati on, an A C D or UCD group p ilot numbe r, Voice Ma il group n umber, or Hunt group. No answ er c al ls for war d wh en t he sy st em- wide no answ er t ime r exp ir es . Initial CO ringing, transferred CO ringing and intercom ringing calls can al l be forw ard ed. Day Class of Service and Night Class of Service assignments to stations provide the system administrator additional control over station dia ling, preventing mis use of phones a fter hours.

Station Class of Service works in conjunction with CO line Class of Service to provid e the mos t flexib le means for offering custom to l l re st r ic t io n.
