The sc reen name ap p ears at the b eg inning of eac h sc reen d esc rip tion. The c ommand s for eac h sc reen ap p ear b elow eac h head ing . Eac h sc reen d esc rip tion c ontains the following : nBrief d esc ription of what the sc reen d oes nCommand(s) used to ac c ess the sc reen nInformation p ertaining to sc reen p ermissions or other c ommand restric tions (if ap p lic ab le) NOTE: Most sc reens req uire only the cust log in. If a sc reen req uires craft or init log in, or has some other sp ec ific req uirement, that is noted in the sc reen d esc rip tion. nScreen example nField descriptions nSamp le task (for more c omplic ated sc reens) nAd d itional sp ec ific ations (op tional) More complicated commands, such as audit , save , reset , restore , and test have a Sample Tasks sec tion that illustrates how to use the sc reen.

This sc reen may take several minutes to exec ute d ep end ing on the system load and the size of the log file. display activity-log extension Th e extension is a 3 to 10 d ig it extension of the loc al sub sc rib er whose ac tivity log is being displayed. The Ac tivity-Log Report sc reen has two p ag es. The first pag e d isp lays the extension entered on the c ommand line and the c orresp ond ing sub sc rib er’s name. If you want to view sp ec ific ac tivity log entries, enter the d ate and time for the start of the ac tivity-log entries on the first p ag e. The sec ond p ag e d isp lays the ac tivity-log entries. The ac tivity id entifier is a 5- to 9-c harac ter string ind icating the ac tivity.log-in, log-off, rec eived , scheduled, c anc eled , status, mwi-on, mwi-off, or reset. If the starting address inc lud es alphab etic c harac ters, they are c onverted to their Touc h-Tone numeric eq uivalent. For examp le, the ad dress D2000 would be 32000. NOTE: This sc reen c an b e ac tivated only if the AMIS analog networking feature or d ig ital networking feature has b een ac tivated on the System-Parameters Customer Op tions sc reen b y Luc ent Tec hnolog ies p ersonne l. NOTE: The ad ministrator should monitor this log on a reg ular basis and c orrec t the problems promptly. See Appendix A for a list of possible ad ministration-log entries and sug g ested remed ial ac tions. display administration-log The Administration Log sc reen has two p ages as shown below. The first p ag e of the sc reen is used to selec t the ad ministration alarm-entries to b e d isp layed in the rep ort. To d isp lay all alarms from the b eginning of the log file, blank all field s on the first p ag e using the (Clear Field ) key. To selec t a sub set of alarm entries to b e d isp layed , enter values in the Start Date, Time, and /or Typ e field s. F4
