DEFINITY AUDIX System Release 4.0 Screens Reference 585-300-213 Issue 1 May 1999 Screen Organization 2-13 Screens Organized by Verb 2 Screen Navigation Navigating inside the DEFINITY AUDIX screens, except the display-only screens, is virtually the same for all sc reens. Command s for the sc reens are also similar and described below. 1. Typ e the c ommand (suc h as ad d , list, c hang e) and p ress (Enter). Alternatively p ress the RETURN or ENTER Key. 2. Onc e inside the sc reen, p ress the RETURN or ENTER key to move the c ursor from field to field . The arrow keys will also move the c ursor. 3. When a the c ursor enters a field where a c hang e is req uired , enter the new value and p ress (Enter), or move to the next field , enter another value and so on. To save the new values, p ress the (Enter) key before exiting the sc reen. This will save the new d ata. 4. For multip le-p ag e sc reens, press (Next Pag e) or (Previous Pag e) to move to the next or p revious p ag e.
