    Total Count:The total numb er of SETUP and  ADDPARTY req uests. 
    Values: 0 - 9999999
    Average Latency:Averag e latency in milliseconds for SVC type d escrib ed  
    d uring  the time p eriod ind icated. Values:  0 - 8000
    Failure Count:The numb er of SVCs of the type d escrib ed  that could  not 
    be established by the ATM network during the time period. 
    This does not inc lud e d elayed  SVCs; that is, the d elay 
    exceed ed  the threshold set for Timeout (msec): on the 
    ATM-Related  System Parameters form. Values: 0 - 9999.  
    The numb er “ 9999”  displays if the value is g reater than 
    9999.
    (msec) Count:The numb er of d elayed  SVCs that fell within the time rang e 
    (millisec ond s) d uring  the time p eriod  ind icated . 
    Values: 0 - 9999999
    (sec) Count:The numb er of d elayed  SVCs that fell within the time rang e

    The c ommand  syntax allows you to list setup  events for a p artic ular c onnec tion 
    numb er or for a rang e of c onnec tion numb ers (Table 6-12
    ).

    Administration
    Use the p roc ed ure in Table 6-13 to ad minister ATM Constric ted  Band wid th.
    Switch Name:The value administered  on the system-p arameters features 
    form.
    DateTime and  d ate that the command  was executed .
    DateSystem d ate when the event oc curred  (4-c harac ter).
    Time:System time when the event occ urred
    Event:The typ e of event (d elayed or failed )
    Delay (msec):The delay value is only displayed for delayed events. For failed 
    events, this field  is b lank. Values rang e from 250 to 20,000
    From Conn:The orig inating  connec tion numb er
    To Conn:The d estination c onnection numb er
    PNC: A-PNC or B-PNC

    2, 3, or 4.
    Activation (%)This field sp ec ifies the perc entag e of setup events for a 
    p ath to b ec ome imp aired . That is, if the p erc entage of 
    setup  events for a g iven p ath meets or exc eed s this 
    ad ministered  value, then it b ec omes imp aired (see 
    examp le b elow). An alarm is raised  ag ainst an ATM-IMP 
    when one or more p aths originating  from that ATM-IMP 
    b ec ome imp aired . [ Values 1 to 20, default is 4]  
    Deactivation (%)This field sp ec ifies the perc entag e of setup events for a 
    p ath to come out of the imp aired state. That is, if the 
    p erc entage of setup events for an imp aired p ath meets or 
    d rop s b elow this ad ministered  value, then it is no long er 
    imp aired  (see examp le b elow). An alarm is retired  when no 
    more imp aired  p aths are orig inating from that ATM-IMP.

    Timeout (msec)The maximum number of millisec ond s allowed  for an SVC 
    connec tion to be comp leted  b efore b eing  c ounted  as 
    d elayed. [ Values 250 to 20,000, d efault is 1000]
    Deny Calls Using 
    Impaired Paths?This field sp ec ifies whether to d eny calls that use 
    connec tions over imp aired  p aths. If the op tion is y, then 
    calls that req uire a new SVC on an impaired  p ath on the 
    ac tive PNC are not c omp leted. If the op tion is n, then those 
    calls are treated  ac c ord ing  to c urrent ad ministered  
    p arameters for ATM PNC. [ Default is n]
