Customer Data Entry (CDE) Form 10 - Pickup Groups 4.45 This form specifies the members of each Pickup Group. Refer to Table 4-17, Pickup Groups for the form layout. Memberships are specified by the extension number of a Rotary Dial or DTMF set or the Prime Line number of a SUPERSET’ set. Attendant Consoles are not allowed. The SX-200@ DIGITAL PABX with Generic 1001 software sup- ports a maximum of 50 Pickup Groups; each group supports a maxi- mum of 50 members. EXT NUM Field This field lists the Pickup Group members by exten- sion number. Members are added by entering an extension number when the cursor is at the EXT NUM field on the command line. BAY/SLT/CCT and COMMENTS Fields These fields are for informa- tional purposes only; i.e., the system does not use the data in these fields. When a station number is entered into the Pickup Group list, the BAY/SLT/CCT and COMMENTS fields from Form 09 (Station/SUPERSET@ Sets) that correspond to that station number are displayed. The data in these fields cannot be modified. Page 4-49

The addition is completed by entering a valid extension number. The system inserts the addition the line after that line that was displayed on the command line. Note that this softkey only appears if there is data present in this form. 5-PICKUP GROUP This softkey selects a Pickup Group. Pressing the PICKUP GROUP softkey displays the ENTER PICKUP GROUP NUM: prompt on the command line. Entering the Pickup Group number dis- plays that Pickup Group on the header line and all its members. 6-QUIT Pressing the QUIT softkey when editing this form returns the display to the level before the field was modified. The change is not saved. At all other times, pressing this softkey exits Form 10 and returns the display to the level where the forms are selected. Refer to Table 4-2, Available Forms. B-CANCEL This softkey appears after the occurrence of a program- ming error. Pressing the CANCEL softkey returns the display to the level where the programming error was made. The CANCEL softkey appears with an error message. Refer to Table 4-45, Programming Error Messages for a list of these error messages. ‘I-EXT NUM This softkey selects a Pickup Group member by its extension number (or Prime Line number). Pressing the EXT NUM soft- key displays the ENTER EXTENSION NUM: prompt on the command line. Entering the extension number displays that member with its bay, slot and circuit location, and (if any) comments. Note that if the se- lected extension number is not in the current Pickup Group, then the system automatically displays the Pickup Group where the selected device is located. 8-DELETE This softkey appears when the pointer is pointing to data (i.e., data on the command line). Pressing the DELETE softkey removes the selected Pickup Group member from the form. The deletion is completed by pressing the ENTER softkey. O-ENTER This softkey appears only after data for an entry has been modified. Pressing the ENTER softkey commits each modification one at a time to the database. Page 4-51
Customer Data Entry (CDE) Form 13 - Trunk Circuit Descriptors 4.48 Trunk circuit descriptors are similar to Classes of Service. A trunk circuit descriptor specifies the hardware options for each type of Trunk Card. Refer to Table 4-18, Trunk Circuit Descriptors for the form layout. Trunk circuit descriptors are complemented by the switch settings on the SX-200@ type Trunk Cards. Refer to the Trunk Card Switch Assignments Forms in Part Number 9108-093-206-NA, Installation Forms. There are six Trunk Card types: 4-Circuit CO, g-Circuit CO, 4-Circuit DISA, 6-Circuit DISA, 2-Circuit DID, 6-Circuit DID, E&M Trunk and E&M Trunk Module. Each Trunk Card type has its own set of parameters as detailed in Table 4-20, Trunk Hardware Options. The system supports a maximum of 25 trunk circuit descrip- tors. 4.49 Field Description DESCRIPTOR Field This field lists the trunk circuit descriptors, num- bers 01 to 25. TRUNK TYPE Field This field lists one of six trunk types for each trunk circuit descriptor. Note that the selected trunk type (the one that appears on the command line) is not displayed on the softkeys. NUMBER OF TRKS ASSIGNED Field This field records the number of trunks which use each trunk circuit descriptor. The trunk circuit de- scriptor can be assigned a new trunk type only if this field is blank. To clear the NUMBER OF TRKS ASSIGNED field, the trunks must first be deassigned. Refer to Table 4-22, Non-Dial-In Trunks and Table 4-23, Dial-In Trunks. When a trunk type is assigned to a trunk circuit de- scriptor, the system prohibits any changes by clearing those sof-tkeys that can alter the trunk types. COMMENTS Field This field is reserved for additional data (a maxi- mum of 15 characters). It is stored by the system but not used. Page 4-52
