Loading Media 4-16 Do not load so much paper that the top of the stack is higher than the maximum limit guide. Loading Media 4-18 4Load the envelopes flap side up in the tray. Before loading enve- lopes, press them down to make sure that all air is removed, and make sure that the folds of the flaps are firmly pressed; other- wise the envelopes may become wrinkled or a media misfeed may occur. Up to 10 envelopes can be loaded into the tray at one time. For envelopes with the flap along the long edge (Envelope C6, Envelope Monarch, Envelope You #6, Envelope You #2, and Envelope DL), load the envelopes with the flap side up. 5Slide the media guides against the edges of the envelopes.
