44.3 Copying Onto Various Types of Media 4-8 Di1611/Di2011 Useful Operations Chapter 4 To copy onto label sheets As an example, the following procedure describes how to make copies onto 200 mm × 250 mm label sheets loaded into the 1st Tray. 1Position the document(s) to be copied. ❍Refer to “Loading the Document” on page 3-9. 2Adjust the paper guides in the 1st Tray, and load the label sheets. ❍Load label sheets so that the surface to be printed on faces upward, as shown in the illustration. 3Press the [Utility] key twice. The Document Scales at the edges of the Original Glass are useful for measuring documents and paper. 1Position the document(s) to be copied. ❍Refer to “Loading the Document” on page 3-9. 2Adjust the paper guides for the Manual Bypass, and load the envelopes. ❍Load the envelopes with the flap facing up so that the surface to be printed on faces downward, as shown in the illustration. ✎ Note Before loading envelopes, press them down to make sure that all air is removed, and make sure that the folds of the flaps are firmly pressed.
