OHP transparencies that have already been fed through the machine Even if the transparency is still blank, do not reuse it. 55.4 Making Copies on Manually Fed Paper 5-10 Di1611/Di2011 Before Making Copies Chapter 5 Loading Paper Into the Bypass Trays To load plain paper Load the paper into the Manual Bypass one sheet at a time. Up to 100 sheets of paper can be loaded into the Multiple Bypass. Do not load so much paper into the Multiple Bypass that the top of the stack is higher than the mark. ✎ Note When paper other than plain paper is loaded, the paper type must be specified. 1Load the paper into the Bypass Tray. ?Have the necessary precautions been observed when loading the paper? ➜Load the paper so that the front side of the paper faces down. ➜Make sure that the paper is not curled (rolled). 2Adjust the Bypass Tray Extender and the paper guides to fit the size of the paper. Up to 20 sheets of paper can be loaded into the Multiple Bypass. ➜When loading postcards, load them with the shorter side as the leading edge, as shown in the illustration, and with the side to be printed on facing down. ✎ Note Do not load postcards crosswise.
