To set the “SMALL ORIGINAL” function
1Select the “COPY SETTING 1” menu.
❍Refer to “To select the “COPY 
SETTING 1” menu” on page 7-40.
2Press the [8] key from the 10-Key Pad 
to select “SMALL ORIGINAL”.
3Using the and keys, select 
“DISABLE” or “ENABLE”, and then 
press the [Yes] key.
❍If a document that cannot be 
detected is loaded and “ENABLE” 
is selected, the paper given 
priority is used for copying.
The “COPY SETTING 1” menu 
appears again.

To select the “COPY SETTING 2” menu
1Press the [Utility] key.
“MACHINE SETTING?” appears.
2Press the key 5 times to select 
“COPY SETTING 2?”.
3From the 10-Key Pad, press the key for the “COPY SETTING 2” function that 
you wish to set.
❍The “COPY SETTING 2” functions are as follows:
1 MIXED ORIGINAL
2 COPY PRIORITY
3 OUTPUT PRIORITY
4 4IN1 COPY ORDER
5 CRISSCROSS MODE
6 DUPLEX COPY

Tip
If, at any time, you wish to quit setting a “COPY SETTING 2” function, press the 
[No] key. When the message “STOP SETTING?” appears, press the [Yes] key 
to quit.

1Select the “COPY SETTING 2” menu.

to select “MIXED ORIGINAL”.
3Using the and keys, select 
either “ON” or “OFF”, and then press 
the [Yes] key.

“AP” (auto paper selection), “AS” 
(auto zoom ratio) or “MANUAL”, and 
then press the [Yes] key.

1Select the “COPY SETTING 2” menu.

to select “OUTPUT PRIORITY”.
3Using the and keys, select 
“NON”, “SORT” or “GROUP”, and 
then press the [Yes] key.
