Multiple Monitors and Controllers This section presents the Event Reports sent by the switch when two monitored and controlled calls are merged (call transferred to another call). The scenario shows an incoming ISDN PRI call to ACD Split 6000 that is transferred by ACD agent 6010 to ACD Split 5100 (see Figure B-18). Agent 5101 answers the transferred call. The adjunct processor has Event Notification active for ACD Splits 6000 and 5100. In addition, the adjunct processor controls, via Call Control associations, the calls. Figure B-18.
