    c yc le throug h the hunt g roup , 
    p lac e enoug h c alls to eq ual the 
    memb ers of the hunt g roup (not the 
    number of c alls ac c ord ing  to 
    translated p orts in the system voic e 
    p ort translations).

    More than 25% of the 
    voic e ports are out of 
    servic e. This is an 
    esc alation of other 
    alarms that may b e

    2. Determine what ac tion is need ed  to 
    bring individual voice ports back

    Link Ports Problems
    When the DEFINITY AUDIX System attemp ts to use unp urc hased  voic e ports to 
    do message-waiting updates or audit switch names, errors will be logged, 
    eventually setting  off an alarm. Imp rop er switc h translations most likely c ause 
    these errors and  alarms. 
    Refer to Ta b l e  5 - 6, Link Port Alarms and Rep air Proc ed ures, for a list of alarms 
    and  repair p roc ed ures ad d ressed  to the voic e p orts. Perform all numb ered rep air 
    ac tions in order as shown. Alarms ap p ear in the

    When the DEFINITY AUDIX System op erates in the Control Link Emulation mod e, 
    the following  p rob lems may oc c ur with the c ontrol link b etween the remote DCS 
    switc h and  the DEFINITY AUDIX System. Alarms and  rep air ac tions are g roup ed
