    9.4.8Room Restriction, KEDU-ProvidedThe KEDU allows individual room station users (non-administrative phones)
    to be restricted from Direct Outside Dialing (DOD).
    NOTE:The Attendant Console and administrative telephone are also
    capable of providing the restriction feature. Procedures for these
    are covered in Sections: Room Restriction, Attendant 
    Console-Initiated and Room Restriction, Administrative 
    Telephone-Initiated.
