The attendant exclusion feature denies the attendant break-in capabilities by making the BRK IN pushbutton function inoperative. If this feature is used, the attendant can enter a station-to-trunk connection only if recalled by the station. Attendant exclusion is sometimes called attendant lockout. NOTE: Break-in is not possible if the system has the attendant-exclusion feature activated, if three-way calling is in progress, or if the station has the data-line security feature.
