    QGeneral Description
Your machine has a document image memory which enables you to reserve memory transmission, memory deferred
transmission, memory polling and so on.
After reserving the communications in memory, you may need to change the settings of the communication(s) while it
    is still in memory.
This section describes how to use the file editing features.

    QRetry an Incomplete File
NOTE1. If you set Fax Parameter No. 31 to Va l id, all incomplete files will remain in memory. To avoid
memory overflow, please check the memory content frequently. We recommend that optional
flash memory card is installed when this function is used. (See page
    179)
    If a memory communication has
been unsuccessful due to a busy
line or no answer, the document
    you stored is automatically erased
from memory after the last redial.
If you need to retain the document
    even if the communication failed,
    change the setting of Fax
    Parameter No. 31 (INC. FILE
SAVE) to Valid in advance. (See
    page 149)
Use the following procedure to retry
    the incomplete file.12
