    1. GENERAL
    This command is used to assign the Service Feature Restriction Class (SFC) for the Service Feature Index (SFI).
    2. PRECAUTIONS
    This part describes only the content of the command added in the PCS system. For more details, refer to the
    “Office Data Specification.”
    3. DATA ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS

    RESTRICTION DATA (RES) is assigned in the squares where SFI and SFC 
    cross. When unassigned, Restriction Data corresponding SFI recognized 0 
    (Restriction status).
         0 = Restricted                                        1 = Allowed
