CHAPTER 4 ND-70290 (E) Pag e 9 4 Revision 3.0 OFFICE DATA ASSIGNMENT 1.2 ZT OFFICE DATA ASSIGNMENT CSINT circuit card can accommodate a maximum of four ZTs. Every ZT has three speech channels in the form of 3B+D. Each ZT is provided with PHS Community, Calling Area, Group and ZT number, given a maximum capacity to have 32 areas while each area has eight groups. One group can house 32 ZTs. PHS Community: PHS community having the same SYS-ID is identified by PHS community Number (PCN). Calling Area: When a dedicated PS is called, the system is designed to search first for a PS in its registered area and if the PS has moved Out of Zone, the PS Location Registration is automatically performed in no time just when the dedicated PS has moved to another place.
