    APSD  : Assignment of PS Operation Data for DM
    1. GENERAL
    This command is used to assign, delete and display the PS operation data. This command assignment makes the
    PS in operation.
    List Up Command: LPSD
    2. PRECAUTIONS
    1. PS STN (PS Station Number) should coincide with the station numbering plan.
    2. PS-ID is the information indigenous to each PS (PS-ID is written on each PS terminal).
    3. When deleting the PS operation data, the number cannot be deleted if the Phantom station number or PS
    Telephone Number is assigned.

    This command is used to assign and display the Roaming Self PBX number data in Network Data Memory. This
    command assigns Home Node Number (Roaming Self PBX Number) to display on the PS. (PS displays this
    Roaming Self PBX Number + PS Station Number)
    2. PRECAUTIONS
    1. This command is used in the Local Node.
    2. If the network adopts closed user group numbering plan, this data assignment is not necessary.
