CHAPTER 4 ND-70290 (E) Pag e 1 74 Revision 3.0 CALL PARK 4. INTERACTIONS The following features cannot be activated to a PS/station that has been set Call Park: Busy Verification Call Waiting Attendant Camp-On with Tone Indication Executive Right of Way-D term 5. PROGRAMMING 1) ASYD (Assignment of System Data) SYS1 INDEX139 bit0-6 Assignment of No Answer Timer for Automatic Recall. (default: 30 sec.) SYS INDEX142 bit0-6 Assignment of Automatic Recall Timer for Call Park. (default: 500 sec.) SYS1 INDEX6 bit4-6 Assignment of key pattern of the Attendant Console. This service is required, only when Attendant Console uses this feature. (default: bit4-6=000) 2) ANPD (Assignment of Numbering Plan Data) Reserve a number level for feature access and retrieval. 3) ASPA (Assignment of Special Access Code Data) Assign an access code to: a) Call Park access code, SRV=SSC (Service Code), SID=61, CI=H. b) Call Park local retrieval code, SRV=SSC (Service Code), SID=62, CI=N c) Call Park remote retrieval code, SRV=SSC (Service Code), SID=63, CI=N, NND=number of digits in the access code. 4) ASFC (Service Feature Restriction Class Data) Assign a Service Feature Class that allows SFI 67 to the applicable stations. This allows the station/PS to park a call and to retrieve a parked call. Assign stations/PSs a Service Feature Class that allows SFI 68, Call Park-Called. This allows a station/PS to be parked by another station or Attendant Console. START END
ND-70290 (E) CHAPTER 4 Page 175 Revision 3.0 GROUP CALL-AUTOMATIC CONFERENCE (20-PARTY) GROUP CALL-AUTOMATIC CONFERENCE (20-PARTY) 1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION This feature enables a PS user to call a maximum of “20-Party (self + other 19 members)” conference, by only dialing a pre-programmed Group Calling Conference Number. If the Group Calling Conference Number is once dialed, the member stations/PSs are automatically called in assigned order at the interval of every 2 seconds. This feature also allows Station Hunting Group-Circular, and the use of Phantom Telephone Number(s) which is available for flexible arrangement of conference member tables. 2. OPERATING PROCEDURE 1. Dial the Group Calling Conference Number (Telephone Number/Phantom Telephone Number of conference leader port) 2. The conference leader hears the RBT. 3. When the first party (conferee) answers, the RBT stops, and the conference is in progress. 4. The called party (conferee) participates in the conference one after another after answering the call. Note:W h i le t h e c o nf e re n c e i s in progr e ss , the called party releases to get out of the conference. 5. When the conference leader hangs up, the conference connection is released.
CHAPTER 4 ND-70290 (E) Pag e 1 76 Revision 3.0 GROUP CALL-AUTOMATIC CONFERENCE (20-PARTY) 3. SERVICE CONDITION 1. Conference leader and conferee must be a station/PS. 2. PA-CFTB can be available for Group Calling Conference. Note:The following table shows conditions of CFTB circuit card to use this feature. 3. The maximum number of CFTB circuit cards per one conference group is 3. A conference leader port and 19 conferee ports are allocated as follows. Note:The number of CFTB circuit cards required to call a conference depends on the maximum number of conference members per conference group. 2~8 members (including conference leader):one circuit card 9~14 members (including conference leader):two circuit cards 15~20 members (including conference leader):three circuit cards (Maximum) 4. Assign the maximum 16 digits of Group Calling Conference Number (Telephone Number/Phantom Telephone Number corresponding to a conference leader port of CFTB). 5. The user must assign Telephone Number for the conferee. ND-70290 (E) CHAPTER 4 Page 177 Revision 3.0 GROUP CALL-AUTOMATIC CONFERENCE (20-PARTY) 6. By making a group of Station Hunting Group-Circular between conference leader ports or conference leader ports for cascade connection of multiple sets of CFTB circuit cards, the conference can be held looking for idle CFTB circuit cards when dialed port is already used by others. The below shows an example of this feature using Station Hunting-Circular. Figure 4-7 Group Call-Automatic Conference using Station Hunting-Circular 7. By assigning Phantom Telephone Number to Telephone Number, the maximum number of conference group per set of CFTB circuit cards is 17 (Phantom Telephone Number: 16+Telephone Number: 1). 8. Do not assign this service to ports of LC used for LC-COT connection. 9. If conference leader hangs up (or the out of zone), the conference will be released. 10. When a conferee is busy or out of zone during a conference call, the conferee is not called a conference. 11. When all conferees are busy, out of zone, or they do not answer the conference call, the conference leader hears RBT. 12. When a conferee who answers a conference call goes on-hook before a conferee who is lastly called in the group is called a conference, and other conferees are busy, out of zone or do not answer the call, a conference leader receives no tone. Note:Group A Calling Conference Number is Telephone Number or Phantom Telephone Number of conference leader port A1.
CHAPTER 4 ND-70290 (E) Pag e 1 78 Revision 3.0 GROUP CALL-AUTOMATIC CONFERENCE (20-PARTY) 13. ISDN terminal and Attendant Console are not available in this feature. 14. Conference leader cannot call a conference using Blind Transfer. 15. If programming the ASDT command data (TEC=14: Hot Line) to CFTB circuit card, the user must also assign ALGSL/ALGSN command and AHLGL/AHLGN command to the card, otherwise when user dials this feature access code, an Attendant Console is called by Hot Line function. 16. When using this feature, the user must assign Service Feature Restriction Class and Route Restriction Class, which are different from those of other stations to ports of CFTB circuit card, and also restrict all outgoing routes using ARSC/ARSCN command. If outgoing trunk is used for this feature, noise or announcement of another office may be heard. 17. If a PS is in one of the following conditions, Call Forwarding-Dropped Call is not executed. When the PS encounters a squelch disconnection while the PS is in conference. When a connected terminal is in conference.
