The information that follows does not apply to printers directly connected to the PC or to the PC via the LAN. Prerequisites • If a printer jams and the print requests are no longer in queue, you must resubmit the print requests that did not print. If the print request is still in queue after you fix the printer, the job prints. You may need to resubmit the print request that was printing when the printer jammed. • If the printer runs out of paper during a print job, you must reenable the printer after you add the paper. • You can only cancel your own print job.
