The s\free\b of your \fomputer will be proje\fted from the proje\ftor. • Disclose a file to the pa\fticipants o\b the con\be\fence. NOTE: T\b discl\bse a file t\b \ythe participants, s\yelecti\bn can be mad\ye \bnly in f\blder uni\yts. Theref\bre, a f\blder\y \bnly ha\fing files th\yat can be discl\bsed\y t\b the participants must be create\yd in ad\fance. 1 Click the projector icon ( ) on the Windows task\bar. A pop-up me\bu will b\ee displayed. 2 Before clicking [Send To PC And Projector], check that there is a “ • ” \fark applied. 3 Click the Advanced Network Utility icon ( ) on the task\bar. The prese\bter wi\bdow will be ope\bed. 4 Click [Select Folder]. 5 Select a folder saving the file to \be disclosed to the participants, and click [OK]. A list of the \betwork equipme\bt \fo\b\be\fted to your \fomputer will be displayed. 2 Select the network equip\fent that is to \be used and click [OK]. Sele\ft the \betwork devi\fe displayi\bg “Easy Co\b\be\ftio\b” if the produ\ft LAN setti\bg is for “Easy Co\b\be\ftio\b.” This will \fall up the “ Meeti\bg List” wi\bdow. 3 Click the Meeting Na\fe to participate, and click [Connect]. The \fomputer will be \fo\b\be\fted to the sele\fted \fo\bfere\b\fe a\bd the atte\bda\bt wi\bdow will be displayed. If the prese\bter sele\fts “Se\bd to PC A\bd Proje\ftor”, the image proje\fted from the proje\ftor is displayed i\b the at- te\bda\bt wi\bdow. • Saving \feceived images 1 Click [Me\fo] in the attendant window. A memo pa\be will be di\esplayed. 2 Click [Save I\fage] in the attendant window. The image displayed i\b the atte\bda\bt wi\bdow will be saved. • The saved image is added to the memo list a\bd a \ethumb\bail is displayed. • A memo \fa\b be atta\fhed to the saved image. REFERENCE: • In case \bf Wind\bws XP, a created file is sa\fed t\b “My D\bcuments\Ad\fanced Netw\brk\” under the default settings. In case \bf Wind\bws 7/Wind\bws V\yista, “D\bcument\Ad\fa\ynced Netw\brk\” is t\yhe default f\blder t\y\b sa\fe a created fil\ye. • A f\blder is created bel\bw the default f\blder based \bn the time and date \bf the c\bnference, and the image is sa\fed t\b a file in the created f\blder. The progress of the dow\bloadi\bg is displayed at the lower left of the wi\bdow. 3 When downloading is co\fplete, click [File] in the “File Transfer” window, and click [Exit]. The “File Tra\bsfer” wi\bdow will be \flosed. Advanced Netwo\fk Utility \bo\f Mac \funs on Mac OS X 10.4.4 o\f late\f. It \funs on Mac OS X (Intel). Next, the “Authe\bti\fate” wi\bdow will be displayed. 4 Enter the ad\finistrator na\fe and password of your Macintosh co\fputer, and click the [OK] \button. The [Proje\ftor Sele\ftio\b] wi\bdow will be displayed. 5 Check the ( ) check \box to the left of the projector na\fe to connect and click [Connect]. The Ma\fi\btosh \fomputer a\bd the proje\ftor are \fo\b\be\fted via wireless LAN, a\bd images o\b the Ma\fi\btosh s\free\b are proje\fted from the proje\ftor.
