    1	 Follow	steps	1	through	4	in	"Connecting	projector"	of	"Sending	I\fages	to	Projector"	(→	page	166).
      The s\free\b of your \fomputer will be proje\fted from the proje\ftor.

    1	 Click	the	projector	icon	(
    )	on	the	 Windows	task\bar.
      A pop-up me\bu will b\ee displayed.
    2	 Before	clicking	[Send	 To	PC	And	Projector], 	check	that	there	is	a	 “ • ”	\fark	applied.
    3	 Click	the	 Advanced	Network	Utility	icon	(
    )	on	the	task\bar.
      The prese\bter wi\bdow will be ope\bed.
    4	 Click	[Select	Folder].
    5	 Select	a	folder	saving	the	file	to	\be	disclosed	to	the	participants, 	and	click	[OK].
      The file i\b the sele\fted folder will be displayed i\b the list of fi\eles to tra\bsfer.
    6	 Click	[Download].
      The file will be show\b to the parti\fipa\bts.
    NOTE:
    When the c\bmputer is c\bnnected t\b the pr\bject\br, the c\bmputer screen that is in \bf being pr\bgress is als\b pr\bjected fr\bm the pr\bjec-
    t\br. T\b manipulate a scre\yen that sh\buld n\bt \ybe sh\bwn (n\bt pr\bjec\yted), temp\brarily st\y\bp the transmissi\bn \y(→ page 167).

    1	 Click	[File]	in	the	presenter	window, 	and	click	[Exit].

    1	 Click	 Windows	 [Start]	→	[All	 Progra\fs]	 →	[Ricoh	 Projector	 User	Supportware]	 →	[Advanced	 Network	Util-
    ity]	→	[Advanced	Network	Utility], 	in	that	order.
      The “Sele\ftio\b Of Network Co\b\be\ftio\bs” wi\bdow will be displayed.
      A list of the \betwork equipme\bt \fo\b\be\fted to your \fomputer will be displayed.
    2	 Select	the	network	equip\fent	that	is	to	\be	used	and	click	[OK].
      Sele\ft the \betwork devi\fe displayi\bg “Easy Co\b\be\ftio\b” if the produ\ft LAN setti\bg is for “Easy Co\b\be\ftio\b.” This 
    will \fall up the “ Meeti\bg List” wi\bdow.
    3	 Click	the	Meeting	Na\fe	to	participate, 	and	click	[Connect].
      The \fomputer will be \fo\b\be\fted to the sele\fted \fo\bfere\b\fe a\bd the atte\bda\bt wi\bdow will be displayed.
      If the prese\bter sele\fts “Se\bd to PC A\bd Proje\ftor”, the image proje\fted from the proje\ftor is displayed i\b the at-
    te\bda\bt wi\bdow.
    •	Saving	\feceived	images
    1	 Click	[Me\fo]	in	the	attendant	window.
      A memo pa\be will be di\esplayed.
    2	 Click	[Save	I\fage]	in	the	attendant	window.
      The image displayed i\b the atte\bda\bt wi\bdow will be saved.
    • The saved image is added to the memo list a\bd a \ethumb\bail is displayed.
    •  A memo \fa\b be atta\fhed to the saved image.
    REFERENCE:
    •  In  case  \bf  Wind\bws  XP,  a  created  file  is  sa\fed  t\b  “My  D\bcuments\Ad\fanced  Netw\brk\”  under  the  default  settings.  In  case  \bf 
    Wind\bws 7/Wind\bws V\yista, “D\bcument\Ad\fa\ynced Netw\brk\” is t\yhe default f\blder t\y\b sa\fe a created fil\ye.
    •  A f\blder is created bel\bw the default f\blder based \bn the time and date \bf the c\bnference, and the image is sa\fed t\b a file in the

      In this f\blder, an HTML file name\yd “Meeting Rec\brds”\y is created.
      The sa\fed image is \ysa\fed in “Images” f\y\blder.
    •	Downloading	disclosed	file
    1	 Click	[File	 Transfer]	in	the	attendant	window.
      The “File Tra\bsfer” wi\bdow will be ope\bed.
    2	 Select	a	file	to	download, 	and	click	[Download].
      Dow\bloadi\bg will begi\b.
      The progress of the dow\bloadi\bg is displayed at the lower left of the wi\bdow.
    3	 When	downloading	is	co\fplete, 	click	[File]	in	the	“File	Transfer” 	window, 	and	click	[Exit].
      The “File Tra\bsfer” wi\bdow will be \flosed.
    REFERENCE:
    •  If “Open After D\bwnl\bading” is checked, the file is \bpened by specified Wind\bws applicati\bn s\bftware after d\bwnl\bading is c\bm-
    plete.

    •	 Click	[Beco\fe	 A	Presenter]	in	the	attendant	window.

    a LAN (Advanced Netw\uork Utility for Mac\u)
    Using	Advanced	 Netwo\fk	Utility	\bo\f	Mac	 contained	 allows	you	to	send	 the	Mac’s	 sc\feen	 image	to	the	 p\fojecto\f	 ove\f	a	
    netwo\fk	(wi\fed	o\f	wi\feless	LAN).

    Using Advanced Netwo\urk Utility

    1	 Confir\f	that	the	projector	has	\been	turned	on.
    2	 Click	the	AirPort	status	(	
    	)	on	the	Macintosh	\fenu	\bar, 	and	click	“Turn	AirPort	On”. 	(Wireless	LAN)

    3	 Dou\ble-click	the	 “Advanced	Network	Utility	2	(Intel)” 	icon	in	the	“Advanced	Network	Utility	2” 	folder.
    •  At the i\bitial start, the “Li\fe\bse Agreeme\bt” wi\bdow is displayed. 
      Thoroughly read the agreeme\bt show\b o\b the s\free\b, a\bd \fli\fk “I a\f\fept the terms i\b the li\fe\bse agreeme\bt” 
    a\bd the [OK] butto\b.
      Next, the “Authe\bti\fate” wi\bdow will be displayed.
    4	 Enter	the	ad\finistrator	na\fe	and	password	of	your	Macintosh	co\fputer, 	and	click	the	[OK]	\button.
      The [Proje\ftor Sele\ftio\b] wi\bdow will be displayed.
    5	 Check	the	(	
    	)	check	\box	to	the	left	of	the	projector	na\fe	to	connect	and	click	[Connect].
      The Ma\fi\btosh \fomputer a\bd the proje\ftor are \fo\b\be\fted via wireless LAN, a\bd images o\b the Ma\fi\btosh s\free\b 
    are proje\fted from the proje\ftor.

    files,	and	othe\f	simila\f	files	into	JPEG	files.

    NOTE:

      If the message “There is n\bt en\bugh free space \bn destinati\bn” is displayed, free up en\bugh space (ab\but 100 MB) t\b install the 
    pr\bgram.
    	
    1	 Insert	the	acco\fpanying	CD-ROM	into	your	CD-ROM	drive.

    TIP:

    4.	 Dou\ble-click	 “setup.exe”	stored	in	the	 “Projector	Manage\fent	Utility” 	folder.
    5.	 Install	the	application	\by	following	the	on-screen	instruction.
    6.	 When	the	installation	is	co\fplete, 	exit	the	installer.
      A short\fut i\fo\b is \f\ereated o\b the desktop.
    TIP:
      To u\bi\bstall Proje\ftor Ma\bageme\bt Utility, use the program delete fu\b\ftio\b i\b “Co\btrol Pa\bel” to delete “Proje\ftor
