7 Using Web Image Monitor
This section describes how to access the Web Image Monitor.
Using Web Image Monitor, you can register names in the Address Book.
AStart your Web browser.
BEnter “http://(machines address)/” in the address bar of a Web browser.
Top page of Web Image Monitor appears.
If the machines host name has been registered on the DNS or WINS server,
you can enter it.
When setting SSL, a protocol for encrypted communication, under environ-
ment which server authentication is issued, enter https://(machines ad-
dress)/.
CClick [Login].
DEnter a login user name and password, and then click [Login].
For details about the login user name and password, consult your network
administrator.
EClick [Address Book].

8. Other User Tools
Initial settings allow you switch the language as well as checking the number of
printed paper by displaying the counter. For the details on how to access respec-
tive settings, see Accessing User Tools.
Changing the Display Language
Following describes [Language] provided for the machine.
You can change the language used on the display. English is set as default.
ASelect [Language] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK} key.
BSelect the language using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK} key.
CPress the {User Tools/Counter} key.

Displaying the Total Counter
You can display the total counter value used for all functions.
ASelect [Counter] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK} key.
BTo print the counter list, press [Print].
CPress the {Start} key.
A counter list prints out.
