PA-4CSIF (CSINT) : ZT (Zone Transceiver) Interface
    1. General Functions
This card is a line circuit card which accommodates Zone Transceivers (ZTs) via the ISDN U interface. ZTs
are to be connected using NT1.
The main specifications and functions of this circuit card are shown below.
A maximum of four ZTs can be accommodated in one circuit card.
Interface with the NT1 is based on the standard ISDN interface. (U reference-point Echo Canceller
    method. ANSI TI.601, Q.921 interface)
Two B channels of each 32 kbps can be used in 2B+D with the total speed of 64 kbps.
Sealing current (Maximum 15 mA) can be supplied to protect cables from rusting.
Equipped with ADPCM which enables the B-channel bit rate to change. (TSW-side: 64 kbps, ZT side:
    32 kbps)

OPE Green Remains lit when the card is operating normally.
NOPE Red Remains lit when the card is in make-busy state.
BLn4Green Remains lit when B4 channel of the line #n is communicating (
    Note).
Flashing Flashes while the corresponding circuit is in make-busy state (60 IPM).
Off Remains off while the corresponding circuit is idle.
BLn3Green Remains lit when B3 channel of the line #n is communicating (
    Note).
Flashing Flashes while the corresponding circuit is in make-busy state (60 IPM).
Off Remains off while the corresponding circuit is idle.
BLn2Green Remains lit when B2 channel of line #n is communicating (
    Note).
Flashing Flashes while the corresponding circuit is in make-busy state (60 IPM).
Off Remains off while the corresponding circuit is idle.
LY R nGreen Remains lit when the layer 2 link of line #n is established.
FlashingFlashes when synchronization is established on Layer 1 of S Reference Point
    (60 IPM).
Flashes when synchronization is established on Layer 1 of U Reference Point
    (120 IPM).
Off Synchronization is not established on both Layer 1 and Layer 2.
BERnRedTwo or more CRC errors occur per second and the condition lasts for 10
    seconds.
