    systemproductnumber,systemserialnumber,andkeycertificatenumberthatyouneedtoset
    upthesystemboard.

    Youmustperformthefollowingproceduretoensureallcomponentsintheserverarefunctional.
    Toreplacethesystemboard,followthesesteps:
    1.Removethesystemboard.(See“RemovingtheSystemBoard”(page177).)
    2.Replacethesystemboardwiththereplacementsystemboard.(See“ReplacingtheSystem
    Board”(page180).)
    3.Powerthesystemon.
    4.AttheBCHprompt,entertheSERcommand.Thisputsyouintotheservicemenu.
    5.Attheservicemenuprompt,entertheINITcommand.
    NOTE:TheINITcommandonlyworksontherepairboard.
    6.Whenprompted,entertheproductnumberlocatedonthepull-outtag.Confirmbyanswering
    Ywhenasked.Ifyoumadeamistakeenteringtheproductnumber,youcananswerNand
    re-entertheproductnumberwhenasked.
    7.Enterthesystemserialnumberwhenprompted.Ifyouaccidentallyhitreturnwithout
    enteringthesystemserialnumber,youwillhaveadefaultvalue.Confirmtheoriginalserial
    numberbyenteringYwhenasked.Ifyoumadeamistakeenteringtheserialnumber,you
    canenterNandre-entertheserialnumberwhenasked.
    8.Ifyourproductisaoneprocessor800MHzCPU,skipsteps9-12andgotostep13toreset
    yourserver.
    9.Attheservicemenuprompt,enterupgrade.Thesystemasksyouforthesystemserial
    number.
    10.Enterthesystemserialnumberfromthepull-outtag.
    11.Enterthekeyfromthekeycertificatethatisonthebacksideofthepull-outtag.Thekey
    certificatenumberandsystemserialnumberareapairandmustbeusedtogether.Ifyou
    donotenterthecorrectkeycertificatenumber,theservercomponentswillnotfunction.
    12.Thescreendisplaysthecurrentsystemvalue(rp3410DC--)andtheoriginalupgradedsystem
    value.Youwillbepromptedwiththequestion“Doyouwishtocontinuewiththischange?”
    AnswerYtoconfirmthechange.
    13.Enterresettoreboottheserver.performtheresettingwiththechangesineffect.
