    To create aspeed dialentry, select Speed Dial,enter aname andfaxnumber, andclick OK.

    To create agroup dialentry, select Group ,enter aname, selectyourdesired faxnumbers, and

    Repeat theprevious stepsasnecessary toadd allyour speed dialorgroup dialentries.
     8.
    When youarefinished, clickthe icontosave theentries toyour products memory.

    &Fax orPrint &Scan ,select theFAX option foryour product, andselect Options &
     Supplies
    .Select Utilityandselect OpenPrinter Utility.
     •
    Mac OSX10.5 :In the Apple menuorthe Dock, select System Preferences .Select Print&Fax ,
     select
    theFAX option foryour product, andselect OpenPrintQueue .Select Utility.
     2.
    Double-click FAXUtility ,if necessary.

    Use thenumeric keypadtoenter thefaxnumber. Youcanenter upto64 characters.

    Press the Redial/Pause buttontoredial thelast dialed faxnumber.

    Ifyou need tochange anyfaxsettings, pressthedown arrow, selectSendSettings ,press OK,and

    yoursettings.
     6.
    Press eitherofthe buttons.
