Using Framework and Navigator CentreVu Visual Vectors User Guide Release 8 Basic Navigator Window Features3-19 View menu windowThe following figure show the view menu in the Navigator window: View menu itemsThe View menu has the following items. Up One Level Highlights the “parent” object of the selected object in the left pane, displaying the parent objects contents in the right pane. Details Changes the information displayed in the right pane for objects selected in the left pane. Details view is the default, showing one row for each object contained in the object selected in the left pane. Each row contains columns for the objects Name, its Type, and your read/write Permissions for it. List Changes the information displayed in the right pane for objects selected in the left pane. List view shows one named icon for each object contained in the object selected in the left pane. Refresh Refreshes and redraws both panes of the Navigator windows.

Navigator menusTo select a Navigator menu item, choose any of the following methods: • Click on the item • Use the arrow keys to highlight the item and then press Enter • Press the Alt key and press the underlined letter in the menu or item you want to select • Hold down the Ctrl key and press the accelerator key assigned to the action. For example, use Ctrl+C to copy. Help systemPress the F1 key or select the Help button to display context-sensitive help.
