Selecting Printer Driver Options/Defaults (for Windows) 74 Selecting Printer Driver Options/Defaults (for Windows) Before you start working with your machine, you are advised to verify and change the default printer driver settings if necessary. Also, in case you have options installed, you should “declare” the options in the printer driver. 1Choose the driver’s properties as follows: – (Windows XP/Server 2003) From the start menu, select Printers and Faxes to display the Print- ers and Faxes directory. Right-click the KONICA MINOLTA magicolor 2590MF printer icon and select Printing Preferences. – (Windows 2000) From the Start menu, select Settings and then Printers to display the Printers directory. Right-click the KONICA MINOLTA magicolor 2590MF printer icon and select Printing Preferences. – (Windows Vista) From the Start menu, select Control Panel, and then click Hardware and Sound to select Printers. Right-click the KONICA MINOLTA magicolor 2590MF printer icon, and then select Printing Prefer- ences. 2If you have installed available options, proceed with the next step.
