Cannot Accept Group Box Message While the VP system was distributing a Group box message to the members of the Group box, it found that one of the member mailboxes already reached its maximum number of messages. This error message lets you know that the message was not delivered to the specified mailbox.

When the program starts up, the VP system makes sure this file exists. If it does not exist, the VP system automatically creates a new one. If the problem persists, contact technical support. 3204Printer is Not Ready The VP system was unable to send call log information to the printer because the printer was not ready. Make sure the printer is connected as LPT1, is powered up, is online, and has paper. 3301Listing Box in Invalid State . Call Terminated This is an internal error.
