Fax Destination 231 7 To set label insertion When Label Insertion is set to ON, the receivers name and standard messages are printed on the fax message when it is received at the other end. APress [Change] under Label Insertion. BPress [On]. CPress [Change] under Line 2. DSelect the new standard message or press [Manual Entry] to enter the new message. It is easy to select the e-mail destination if you register Name and Key Dis- play as the e-mail destination. You can register e-mail destinations as a group. You can use the e-mail address as the senders address when sending scan f i l e s i n s c a n n e r m o d e . I f y o u w a n t t o d o t h i s , s e t a p r o t e c t i o n c o d e o n t h e s e n d - er address to prevent unauthorized access. Note ❒You can select an e-mail address from an LDAP server, and then register it in the Address Book.
