Any extension can be appointed as the operator and jack number 01 is appointed as the manager. System Programming is required to assign the operator. The manager can program a few System Program (see following “Manager Programming”) with their extension password. Either a new call can be disregarded or the new call can overwrite the oldest call that has been already confirmed (Default: Record the new call.). The system operation for originating and receiving calls can be different in the Day, Night and Lunch modes. Toll restriction can be programmed to prevent unauthorized toll calls for each mode.
