    receiving extension. 1. When an intercom call reaches, voice 
    alerting is heard. 
    2. Lift the handset or press the SP-PHONE 
    button. 
    3. Start talking. 
    Conditions 
    This feature will not function with use of a 
    standard telephone. 
    Operation

    Be sure the handset is in the cradle and the 
    SP-PHONE button is off. 
    e Set the MEMORY switch of the proprietary

    ring. “Flexible Ringing Assignment”on page 
    3-49 should be set to “Enable”.

    l Be sure the handset is in the cradle and the 
    SP-PHONE button is off. 
    l Set the MEMORY switch of the proprietary 
    telephone to
