Delete an Attendant
Use this option to delete an attendant. This will prevent anyone from using this 
operator name to log in to the AMS.

The AMS can search for a specific name from the full list of attendant names when 
you enter the full attendant name. Names are not retrieved and displayed from 
partial entries.

Basic Configuration Field Definitions
Field Name Field Definition
Att Name Label The form in which the attendant name 
is notated throughout AMS. This must 
contain a pound sign (#).
Message Deletion Time The amount of time in hours after 
which AMS deletes messages that have 
been delivered.
Max Records from Queries The maximum number of records that 
are displayed as a result of a Directory
