Reduction Printing If you specify the paper size (original size) and the output size, the machine reduces the image at a preset magnification ratio to print onto the specified output size paper. 1Display the Page Set screen. Page Protect Mode To maintain the printer memory efficiently, the default setting of this mode is Auto. Normally, this menu is not displayed. If a print overrun erro r occurs due to insufficient printer memory, Page Protect is forcibly set to On. After the print overrun error occurs, be sure to reset this setting to Auto . 1Display the Page Set screen. Use this mode when high quality printing is not necessary, for example, for trial printing. 1Display the Print Quality screen.
