    Select theorientation ofyour document.
     Note:
    Ifyou areprinting anenvelope, selectLandscape .

    Select thetype ofpaper youloaded asthe Paper Typesetting.
     Note:
    Thesetting maynotexactly matchthename ofyour paper. Checkthepaper typesettings list

    details.

    Select theQuality settingthatmatches theprint quality youwant touse.
     9.
    Select aColor option:
     •
    To print acolor document orphoto, selecttheColor setting.
     •
    To print textand graphics inblack orshades ofgray, select theBlack/Grayscale setting.

    Toprint onboth sides ofthe paper, selectthe2-Sided Printing checkbox andselect theoptions you
     want.

    Toprint multiple pagesonone sheet ofpaper, orprint oneimage onmultiple sheetsofpaper, select
     one
    ofthe settings inthe Multi-Page menuandselect theprinting optionsyouwant.

    Toprint multiple copiesandarrange theirprintorder, selecttheCopies options.

    Topreview yourjobbefore printing, selectPrintPreview .

    Tosave yourprintjobasaproject thatcanbemodified andcombined withother printjobs, select
