Manual Lets youselect fromvarious densitylevels. Direct Send Off Sends monochrome faxestoasingle recipient as soon asthe connection ismade, without savingthe On scanned imagetomemory. Youcannot usethis feature whensending acolor faxorsending to multiple recipients. Transmission Report Print onError Lets youselect whentoprint transmission reports. Print Do Not Print Send FaxLater Off You cansettosend afax ataspecified time.Only monochrome faxescanbesent when thetime to On send isspecified. Polling Receive Off You canreceive afax stored onanother faxmachine for fax polling bydialing thefaxnumber. Last Transmission Prints areport forthe previous faxthat was sent or received throughpolling. Protocol Trace Prints alist offax documents storedinthe printer ’s memory, suchasunfinished jobs.
