Outdial 9.4.4 OUTDIAL SCHEDULE The Outdial Schedule screen is used to program the user’s schedule. Each subscriber can have an out- dial schedule for weekdays and a schedule for weekends. Both the weekday and weekend schedule can be divided into 2 schedules (schedule 1 and schedule 2). This allows you to program gaps in the day. The schedules are allowed to overlap. Outdial 9.5 SUBSCRIBER PROGRAMMING 9.5.1 OUTDIAL BINS The first task in creating an outdial schedule is to program the telephone numbers where you can be reached. These numbers can be extensions on a PBX (or Centrex), a telephone number, or the tele- phone number and dialing sequence of a pager. These numbers are stored in system memory in loca- tions called outdial bins. You may store up to 9 telephone numbers. These bins are labeled 1 through 9.
