Englis\b-8\f Identi\fying Problems If t\be TV seems to \bave a problem, first try t\bis list of possible problems and solutions. If none of t\bese troubles\booting tips apply, call your nearest Samsung service center. Problem Poor picture quality. Poor sound quality. No picture or sound.No sound or sound is too low at maximum volume. Picture rolls vertically. T\be TV operates erratically. T\be TV won’t turn on. Remote control malfunctions “C\beck signal cable” message. “Not Supported Mode” message. Digital broadcasting screen problem. T\be image is too lig\bt or too dark. Horizontal bars appear to flicker, jitter or s\bimmer on t\be image. Vertical bars appear to flicker, jitter or s\bimmer on t\be image. Screen is black and power indicator lig\bt blinks steadily. Image is not stable and may appear to vibrate w\ben you \bave a computer connected to t\be PC input. Image is not centered on t\be screen. If a still image is displayed for an extended period of time, residual images or blurring may appear. Possible Solution Try anot\ber c\bannel. Adjust t\be antenna. C\beck all wire connections. C\beck t\be maximum resolution and t\be frequency of t\be Video Adapter. Compare t\bese values wit\b t\be data in t\be Display Modes. Please c\beck t\be digital signal strengt\b and input antenna. Adjust t\be Brig\btness and Contrast. Adjust t\be Fine tuning. Adjust t\be Coarse tuning and t\ben adjust t\be Fine tuning. Adjust t\be Coarse tuning and t\ben adjust t\be Fine tuning. On your computer c\beck: Power, Signal Cable. T\be TV is using its power management system. Move t\be computer's mouse or press any key on t\be keyboard. If t\be setting is not correct, use your computer utility program to c\bange t\be display settings. Your TV supports multiscan display functions wit\bin t\be following frequency domain: Adjust t\be \borizontal and vertical position. T\be screen position must be adjusted on t\be output source (i.e. STB) wit\b a digital signal. Englis\b-87 Fixing the TV panel to the wall attachment panel bracket Installing t\be Wall Mount Kit (LN-S4695D) The shape of the p°foduct may va°fy depending on the model. (The assemblies of the plastic hange°f and the sc°few a°fe the same) 2 Remove the 4 sc°fews on the back of the p°foduct. Inse°ft the sc°few into the plastic hange°f. (See the figu°fe below) Tighten the 4 sc°fews in step 2 (plastic hange°f + sc°few ) to the °fea°f holes of the p°foduct. Remove safety pin ( ) and inse°ft the 4 p°foduct holde°fs into the co°f°fesponding b°facket holes ( ). Then place the p°foduct ( ) so that it is fi°fmly fixed to the b°facket. Make su°fe to °feinse°ft and tighten the safety pin ( ) to secu°fely hold the p°foduct to the b°facket. Wall B°facket • Mount the p°foduct on the wall b°facket and make su°fe it is p°fope°fly fixed to the left and °fight plastic hange°fs. • Be ca°feful when installing the p°foduct on the b°facket as finge°fs can be caught in the holes. • Make su°fe the wall b°facket is secu°fely fixed to the wall, o°f the p°foduct may not stay in place afte°f installation. LCD TV Wall How to Adjust Mounting Angle Adjust the b°facket angle to -2° befo°fe installing it on the wall. 1. °bix the p°foduct to the wall b°facket. 2. Hold the p°foduct at the top in the cente°f and pull it fo°fwa°fd (di°fection of the a°f°fow) to adjust the angle. (See the figu°fe to the °fight) 3. You can adjust the b°facket angle between -2° and 15°. Make su°fe to use the top cente°f, and not the left o°f the °fight side of the p°foduct to adjust the angle.
