Connect Component video/audio.

Connect to the HDMI jack of a device with an HDMI output.Use the HDMI/DVI te°fminal fo°f DVI connection to an exte°fnal 
device with a DVI output. You should use a DVI to HDMI 
cable o°f DVI-HDMI adapte°f (DVI to HDMI) fo°f video connection, 
and the DVI-IN ‘R-AUDIO-L’ te°fminal fo°f audio.

Connecting VHF and UHF Antennas

If your antenna \bas one lead t\bat looks like t\bis, see “Antennas wit\b 75

If you are using an off-air antenna (suc\b as a roof antenna or “rabbit ears”) t\bat \bas \f00 Ωtwin flat leads, follow t\be directions below.

1.
Plug the antenna lead into the ANT 1 IN (AIR) te°fminal on the back of the TV.

Connect both antenna leads to the combine°f.

2.
Plug the combine°f into the ANT 1 IN (AIR) te°fminal on the bottom of the °fea°f panel.

Separate VHF and UHFAntennas

If you \bave two separate antennas for your TV (one VHF and one UHF), you must combine t\be two antenna signals before connecting 
t\be antennas to t\be TV. T\bis procedure requires an optional combiner-adaptor (available at most electronics s\bops).

1.
Lift the cove°f at the back of the °femote cont°fol upwa°fd as shown in the figu°fe.

2.
Install two AAA size batte°fies.Make su°fe to match the “+” and “–” ends of the batte°fies with the diag°fam inside the 
compa°ftment.

3.
Replace the cove°f.Remove the batte°fies and sto°fe them in a cool, d°fy place if you won’t be using the °femote 
cont°fol fo°f a long time. 
The °femote cont°fol can be used up to about 23 feet f°fom the TV. 
(Assuming typical TV usage, the batte°fies last fo°f about one yea°f.)

If the remote control doesn’t work, check the following:
1. Is the TV powe°f on?
2. A°fe the plus and minus ends of the batte°fies °feve°fsed?
3. A°fe the batte°fies d°fained?
4. Is the°fe a powe°f outage, o°f is the powe°f co°fd unplugged?
5. Is the°fe a special fluo°fescent light o°f neon sign nea°fby?
