To add names to a group, the groups must be registered beforehand. Note ❒You can register up to 100 groups. ❒When using Scan to Folder func- tion, you cannot send scan files to a group with over 50 folders regis- tered. ❒You can set a protection code to prevent unauthorized access to the folders registered in a group. You can use this function to protect the following: Folders You can prevent unauthorized ac- cess to folders. Senders names You can prevent misuse of senders names.
