22 User Parameters Your facsimile machine has several basic settings (User Parameters) to help you keep records of the documents you send or receive. For example, the built-in clock keeps the current date and time, and your LOGO and ID Number help to identify you when you send or receive documents. At standby the display will show the date and time. Once the standby display is set, it will automatically be updated. We suggest you use your facsimile telephone number as your ID number. (Max. 20 digits) NOTE1 You may use to enter a + character at the beginning of the ID number to indicate the following digit(s) for your country code.
