Backing up and restoring CallPilot information
You can back up CallPilot Manager information if you use CallPilot 150 or CallPilot Mini.
If you use Business Communications Manager 2.5, you back up the system using the Unified 
Manager Backup, Restore and Upgrade utility.

Setting the Automated Attendant Status
When your company Receptionist or Operator is available to respond to callers, set the Automated 
Attendant Status to Yes. When your company Receptionist or designated Operator goes for a 
break or leaves in the afternoon set the Automated Attendant Status to No.

Changing the Answer Lines Status
CallPilot can answer all your Central Office (CO) lines included in line configuration. When 
Answer Lines is enabled, CallPilot answers all incoming calls and presents each caller with the 
Company Greeting and Automated Attendant Menu. You can designate whether or not CallPilot

 When you use Night Service, if you want all of the incoming calls to the Attendant Console to 
be forwarded to the Automated Attendant, you must set the Night Service DN to the CallPilot

You can reset the Operator password to the default at any time.
